Diana's Great Get Together

Diana Johnson MP held a Great Get Together event in Hull North and Cottingham on 20 June, marking ten years since MP Jo Cox was killed while serving constituents.

The event took place at Rainbow Community Gardens in North Hull.

The Great Get Together is the UK’s annual celebration of everything that connects our communities, inspired by Jo Cox’s belief that we have more in common than that which divides us. Events around the country take place this year on 19-21 June.

Diana Johnson MP said: “This week marked ten years since that terrible day when Jo Cox was murdered while serving her constituents. Jo's memory continues to be a blessing and an inspiration.”
