Tory Non Inveestment Zone

This week's Budget named Hull as one of the Government's new 'Levelling Up Partnerships', but excluded Hull from their 'Investment Zones'. In the Commons, I pointed out that it has taken 13 years of Tory Government to arrive at this point. Watch my speech here.
