Institutional sexism in the police

Following further revelations about a serving police office being a violent sexual predator I've written for The House magazine about the challenge of institutional sexism in the police, and what we must do to root it out.

The Home Affairs Select Committee of which I am Chair is conducting an inquiry into the future of policing, taking evidence from victims and holding the Government & Police accountable for how they respond to this scandal.
