25 September 2009: Diana attends opening of Hull's new Community Junction

Diana at Community JunctionDiana was in attendance at Hull Paragon Railway Station in Ferensway as Hull West and Hessle MP Alan Johnson opened the new Community Junction.

Community Junction is a combination of transport, community, voluntary and charitable organisations all housed under one roof at the citys Paragon railway station.

Created inside the historic former ticket office and entrance to the station, Community Junction brings back into use a grade 2 listed building - protecting the citys history and heritage whilst giving it a practical function for the benefit of today's residents. The new centre has ten separate offices, which are being made available to let to public and voluntary sector organisations, and social enterprises.

Designed and built by Tangent Snowball. Hosted by Rackspace, 2 Longwalk Road, Stockley Park, Uxbridge, UB11 1BA.
