18 December 2009: New Orchard Centre opens - thanks to Labour investment

Diana spoke at the opening of the new Orchard Centre in Hull North's Orchard Park. The state-of-the-art £14 million centre combines health and others public services under one roof and opens thanks to the Labour's Government's investment in Hull's NHS.
